If the error appears when the computer wakes up from sleep or hibernation mode Update 2016: One of the readers (Dmitry) in the comments of Lenovo laptops suggests the following way to fix the error 0X000000A5, which, judging by the comments, works: In the bios in the Save tab put the setting Optimized for Windows 7and then click Load Defaults.
